I had this beer at the bar yesterday and fell in love. It is very juicy and piney. Great mouth feel and super easy drinking (I had quite a few in a short time).

Here is the link - H.A.Z.Y. | SweetWater Brewing Company

It has the general ingredients, but I am trying to put some quantities and a timeline to this.

I have searched for this recipe and haven't been able to find it.

I have never put my own recipe together.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Big Matt , welcome to HBT!

I've never tried it but it looks like a tasty beer . I'll give you an idea of what I would probably do.

10.5 # 2 row
1 # flaked oats
1# flaked wheat
1# white wheat
.5# rice hulls

.75 oz Mosaic @ 60min
1 oz Azacca @ 5min
1 oz Citra & El Dorado whirlpool for 20 to 30 min @ 170f

Dry hop 3 to 5 days before packaging with the dry hop list . 1 oz ea

That gave me a 6.2 abv and 44.5 ibu

I am using an Anvil Foundry and my efficiency has been around 65% or so. I don't mind a lower percentage beer.

Might be a crush issue . Better efficiency less grain needed . I believe that system is similar to the Grainfather. I get 80 , so your going to need to account for that.

65% comes out to about 5% and 49.7 ibu

I am still learning, and researching tricks to improve brewhouse efficiency. Maybe this time it will be better.

The recipe should be here by the weekend.

Well, it is in the fermenter. We should know in a while if ti turned out or not.

It smells great.

Just dry hopped yesterday. I should be kegging Monday or Tuesday. It smells really good and looks like it should.

Ok, I kegged it and tried it. Seemed to be missing something.

I threw in 2oz mosaic and 1oz Azacca to the keg on Tuesday.

It is really cool now. It smells and tastes like grapefruit juice. Creamy mouth feel and super drinkable.

It is still evolving, but I like it right now.
