Tasting Notes
sweet sweet with bite on the tongue
12.5#'s 2 row USA
2.5#'s Crystal 10

Amarillo .75z 60 min boil
Citra .50z 15 min boil

Camden tablet 10 min

mash at: (With 5.5 gallons)
133 30 min
149 30 min
155 30 min
(you can substitute this mash for 155 60 min but it will change its fermentability)
sparge 170 with (3.5 Gallons) 30 min

Boil for 30 min blank (empty no hops to clean)
throw in hops as scheduled

pitch a little hot below 80 above 70 gives it a little alcohol bite.

you should try to boil down to just below 6 gallons as to prevent overflow on the 6.5 BSG buckets, been making this same recipe for about 7 months strait and i'm happy with the consistency even though i'm upgrading equipment, i'm using this as a ''bench'' to make sure I don't change anything drastic to fast.

Feel free to use less crystal 10 I just like the smell of the house as its mashing and sweet beer.

Go 7 days in primary
7 days in secondary
and atleast 7 days in bottles or keg before drinking I get a nice hiss after 7 days but its a tad... ''Green''
