I have 1/2 blowoff tube attached to my airlock for the first couple of days of fermentation. the krausen is already settling. It wasn't robust but I've read that is normal for wpl 002.

I plan on removing the running and putting the bobber top when fermentation subsides. Should I remove the airlock and resanitize it ? Just sanitize the bobber ? Just throw some vodka in and relax?

Please advise.

Meh. Probably doesn't really matter. If you had a lot of junk flowing out your airlock and it's dirty, you may as well clean and resanitize. If you didn't get any blowoff you can just reassemble it where it stands.
