Hey everyone,

Looking at getting this:

Anyone currently own one? Looking to see how quickly this can get 10 gallon batches from boil to 68 degrees...

I will be using my existing chiller as a 2 stage chiller system, first one in ice to get water colder etc...

To answer your question no I do not own one.

Have you thought of counterflow chillers?

No I haven't... had some decent success with my DIY wort chiller but I have been reading that some brewers cool their 10 gallon batches within 10 to 20 minutes using IC's... Hoping to hear some real life evidence that this may be possible with the WC above.
