Super Bowl Beer

I am going to brew my next beer in the next few days for a Superbowl party. Super bowl is feb 6th (5 weeks from today) so that will give me a good 3 in the primary and two in the keg to carb. The question is most of my friends don't drink craft brews and I want to make some delicious but something everyone will enjoy. Any suggestions?

A definite winner with the non-craft beer crowd. Everywhere I have taken a keg....it's gone in no time. Even 'Girls lite' crowd will down it.

I'm going to have a Kolsch and a Mystery Hop Ale on tap for the Super Bowl, two easy-drinking beers for my friends who aren't as adventurous as I.

What is the mystery hop ale

A fairly basic pale ale recipe I made using about 8 ounces of whole hops I didn't know the variety for. I had a little over 6 ounces of a hop my friend got from someone in Upstate New York which I think may be Cascade. I grew the rest.

Sweet thanks ill try that. I do have two friends that like stouts however I don't know if I can have a stout done in 5 weeks

My pipeline is looking pretty good right now. I'm planning on serving Vienna/NB SMaSH and an Amber Ale. I can keep a third on a picinic tap in the kegerator, which could be a stout I made recently. I may also borrow a Jockey box and serve 2 more. Those would probably be the pale ale I made yesterday and have my buddy bring a keg of pils if he still has some.

This is as close as I can get. How does it look? Also will the cara-pils come as grains? Can I just seep them or do they need mashing?
