Uh, today is Saturday...unless you happen to be in New Zealand. As for me, adding dry hops to my IPA and "dry chiles" to my cream ale.

Ha! I'm so happy now...thought it was Sunday an I had to go to work tomorrow. Okay...correction...Saturdays Brew....

No brewing today. Checked the SG on my Pale Ale today and tomorrow so I can figure out if I can bottle on Monday.
