I know direct sunlight can skunk beer post fermentation. What about the sun reflecting off a white wall? I am about to 2ndary 5 gallons of Haus Ale in glass carboy, whick I almost never do, but need to for space reasons.
It will sit, with 2 other plastic buckets of beer, in a water bath (coleman cooler with lid) to control temps. The lid is angled to keep out direct sunlight (very little even hits it, but is is very bright in mornings). I was thinking about putting an old t-shirt around it as added protection from sun reflection and to help keep it cool. Thanks
