Do you have instructions on how to use this to make Wine or Craft Beer?
Hi friend,
In the package you will get~
  • 1 x Fermentation Barrel
  • 1 x Condenser Barrel
  • 1 x Thermometer
  • 1 x One-way Air Evacuation Valve
  • 1 x Set of Accessories
  • 1 x Manual

Do you happen to have a PDF of the manual? I'd be curious to see how this works
Unfortunately we cannot provide a PDF. However, please see texts and images below that explain the basic structure and instructions (only for reference). You may see more details by clicking the superlink i posted at the beginning.

First, prepare the raw materials such as malt, hops and yeast. Put the malt into a grinder and grind it into malt powder, then add water and mix it well to make a paste, which is the saccharification solution. Next, the saccharification solution is heated to a certain temperature so that the starch in the malt is converted into sugar, a process called saccharification.

At the same time of saccharification, we need to put the hops into the hop barrel in the craft beer equipment, and add a certain amount of hot water, let it soak for about 15 minutes, this process is called steeping. Then, the soaked hops are added to the saccharification solution and boiled, a process called boiling. During the boiling process, other seasonings, such as lemon zest and cinnamon, can be added as needed to increase the flavor and aroma.

Once the boiling is complete, it needs to be cooled, which can be done by water cooling or air cooling. The cooled liquid is then added to the fermentation bucket, yeast is added and fermentation begins. The fermentation process needs to be controlled in terms of temperature and time to ensure the quality of the beer.

Once the fermentation is complete, the beer is removed from the fermentation vat for secondary fermentation. During the secondary fermentation, some carbonic acid gas can be added to give the beer a certain bubbly feeling.

Finally, the beer is bottled or kegged for storage. Craft beer should be stored in a low-temperature, light-proof, moisture-proof environment to maintain its freshness and quality.

Hope it can help you😊.

He said NYC -- I'm solidly in Westchester now. If only I had some "water" I needed to distill. ;)
It should be "She". The distiller with a link at beginning was sold out, check this distiller, which is the same. You could get more discount exclusively if u are interested in it~😘
