I love wheat beer. Especially in the Summer. I tried a Sam Adams Summer ale clone recently as my first AG and it was a challenging first attempt. How you thinking to keep things cool? My apt is usually air conditioned so I am hoping not to have too many problems.... gotta find some out of the way place though as my SWMBO mentioned of the carboy in the living room :D

I've got this honey ale you can look at. It is turning into a refreshing beer and it is VERY light. I missed the OG on this one by 7 points so mine is lighter than the recipe.
For extract you could substitute 5.5 LBS LME for the American 2-row or 4 1/2 LBS DME. If I brew this again I think I will use a tad more hops at the 30 minute mark. I think it tastes better at a higher carbonation level. I've got mine in a keg with the pressure set at 30PSI.
