So it has been a long while since I last posted here. I apologize for not keeping up. In the time I was not on HBT, I have developed a pretty awesome meadery in Oregon with a college friend of mine.

The latest completion of mine was a Spiced Chai Mead, and is absolutely fantastic. :tank:

Recipe included:

Double Spice Chai
Clover Honey
Fermaid-K
Go Ferm
EC-1118

During the tail end of secondary, I added some medium French Oak chips to compliment the cinnamon in the Chai, which also brought out the tannins in the oak.

If you guys or gals have any questions, hit me up here.

Gratz on the meadery! Sounds fun. Spiced chai meads are really great. I have only done it a couple times but both times went really well.
