substituting dme for lme

so i want to change up a recipe. it calls for a Lme but i hate using that stuff so i want to use a dme instead. recipe calls for 7lbs of Lme. how much dme do i use?

Here, I googled that for you:

1 lb grain = .75 lb LME = .6 lb DME

5.6304347826086956521739130434783 lbs of DME would be equivalent to 7 lbs LME, but 5 lb 12 oz would be close enough.
