I am about to brew A can of Munton's Nut Brown Ale and it calls for 2 lbs. corn sugar. I have 2 lbs of Dark DME. here that I'd like to use instead. How much corn sugar would you add to this mix to bring it up to a respectable level?
This is only my second batch unless you count the one batch that I made in my Mr Beer so I'm not doing too much experimentation yet and right now I'm sticking to all extracts.
