I am 1.50 oz short of Centennial hops needed for an IPA clone of Two Hearted Ale. I was thinking of using 2 oz of Cascade for the 60 minute addition instead of 1.50 oz of Centennial. Since I am only seeking the bittering effects of the 60 minute addition I would like to know if this would be a good substitution or should I just wait until I have the extra Centennial needed.

It would be ok, but not a great sub. Centennial is a clean bittering hop, cascade is a bit more harsh.
