Does anyone know of a recipe guide for different styles of beer? For instance, something that would list the type of grain/extract, OG/FG, hops, and yeasts for a different styles?
A buddy and I are contemplating brewing 6 gallons of wort this weekend and dividing it into two batches. From here we would use different yeasts and perhaps different top-off levels and/or dry hops.
We tried this experiment a couple months ago with hefe. The only variable between the two batches was the yeast. The resultant brews were surprisingly different. This time we're looking to try it with a porter.
Thanks!
