Good day everyone,

I have a bit of a situation.

Three weeks back I made a 19 L batch of Braggot (Honey and DME)

Recipe:
3KG Local Honey
2KG DME
30 Grams Saaz hops (Muslin bag at initial boil 55mins)
5 Grams yeast nutrient

Yeast:
EC-1118 starter 250 ml

Fermentation Temperature:
20 Degrees Celsius

Gravity:
OG: 1.09
FG: 1.01 (Target)

It went like crazy for the 1st day or 2. But after that nothing.
Currently it is at 1.043 it has been like this for the past week...

A week back I tried to re-pitch with some Danstar Belle-Saison yeast (Great yeast by the way)

Still nothing.

So I think the yeast stalled out.

It has been just over 3 weeks now.

Should I rack it and let it clear or should I keep going in primary?

Thanks in advance.

Just happened across your thread. How is it doing now? What have you tried since?
Cheers
