Last weekend a good friend of mine came down to my house for a little party I threw together. He is a sommelier at a fancy Asian restaurant in New York City. I figured I'd let him taste my first AG batch which was EdWort's Pale Ale.
Let me tell you, he absolutely loved the beer. He kept talking about how "floral" it was to him and how he had never had a beer like this before. He even went as far as to say that he would love to offer this beer at his restaurant because he thought it would pair nicely with a wide variety of the food they serve.
So I guess my first AG batch came out pretty damn good and, as we have already known, EdWort's recipe is a hit.
Thanks again Ed.
