How do I adjust my hop bill for different alphas when I brew recipes I have made before. Specifically I have brewed recipes with Cascade pellets with an alpha of 4.5%. I have a new batch of cascade pellets that have an alpha of 8.8%. I assume that I reduce my bittering hops but what about the late additions for flavor and aroma?

Your flavor and aroma additions are there for just that, flavor and aroma. Those are based on weight not alpha%. They will give some bittering, especially the flavor addition, so figure your IBUs with the stated weight of flavor and aroma and adjust the bittering addition to hit your IBU spec.

With good brew software you just plug in the new numbers and it will figure it out.
