I started two gallons of strawberry melomel on Wednesday. It is going very actively and I'm looking forward to this for Christmas. I threw in around 50 raisins, used good old Fleischmann's yeast and 12 ozs. of strawberries that I mashed into a jam. Best of brewing to you all!
