I was thinking about getting brewers best imperial blonde ale and adding strawberry fruit to it, my wife wants a fruit beer and I would like one with a kick, anybody have a clue how this would taste with strawberry fruit added?

Also I'm new to the fruit addition what would be the best way to do it?

As always thanks for the help

i did it 2 times and i have to say its hard, it will mess up your beer in counterintuitive way, fruit additions will make your beer dryer, more acidic and more hopy and you need a lot of strawberries, 5lb is a low range to start with, think about 7-10lb rather, looks like u doing extract kit so pick lower attenuation yeast to hove some sweetens to balance fruit effect
