Hey guys been reading a lot on this topic here. I'm looking for a wheat or blonde recipe that I will flavor with fruit.
I'm hoping the strawberry tart wil counter blend with the sweetness of the honey.
As far as fermentable sugars do I add honey at 60? Blend it in before the boil similar to LME?
Has anyone had any luck with a good strawberry honey recipe?
Dogfish head makes an amazing sorghum wheat strawberry great pop of strawberry flavor.
