I am in the process of making a strawberry blonde ale, I initially brewed a blonde ale in primary, and I racked strawberries to secondary yesterday, and will rack to a third in two weeks for clarity.
The issue is that it there is airlock activity again, and I'm worried that there won't be any of that sweet strawberry flavor in it, and it will be more bitter than anything.
I'm considering adding maltose to the third fermentation stage if needed to add some sweetness to it.
What are everybody's thoughts on it? Any method on adding maltose to the brew?
