Here is a recipe I am thinking about trying. Recipe formulation is fairly new to me so any help or criticism is appreciated. I got inspiration from the different strawberry and rhubarb beers on the forum.
STEEPING GRAINS
1 lbs English Maris Otter
.5 lbs German Vienna info
1.5 lbs Rahr White Wheat Malt
EXTRACTS
4 lbs Muntons Wheat DME
1 lbs Muntons Plain Extra Light DME
HOPS
60 mins 1 oz Willamette
20 mins 1 oz Mt. Hood
YEAST
Wyeast 1272 with starter
Microwave in water to the boiling point 2lbs frozen rhubarb and 3lbs frozen strawberries then rack beer on top of fruit into secondary.
Beer calculus gives the following:
1.057 og
1.015 fg
23.1 IBU
5.6 ABV
