Hey, Im new to home brewing. I made a blonde a 2 weeks ago and it turned out great. I am wanting to make a Stout, all grain mash @ 155 for 60 min. Here are my ingredients:
Pale 2-Row (US) 9.0 lb 80 % Mash 37 1 °L
Chocolate (US) 15.0 oz 8 % Mash 29 350 °L
Roasted Barley (US) 10.5 oz 5 % Mash 33 300 °L
Caramel/Crystal 20L (US) 8.8 oz 4 % Mash 35 20 °L

Fuggle (US) 1.5 oz 60 min Boil Pellet 4.8%
Columbus (US) 0.5 oz 15 min Boil Pellet 15.0%

Safale US-05 Fermentis US-05 85.5%

Irish Moss 3.0 tbs 15.0 min Boil
Cocoa Powder 3.0 tbs 7.0 days Secondary
