Stout Faucet & CO2

I have a stout that is going into a keg next week. I have a regular faucet and a stout faucet, ready to go. Currently I only have CO2 running, and I'm waiting for my Nitrogen/CO2 mix to come in.

I tried running an ale through the stout faucet, just to see that it was working (flowing) correctly... nothing but a glass of foam. Can I assume that it's working correctly?

Will the stout pour similar? What can I expect with a nitro mix? Also, I plan on running my other keg on nitro mix as well... is there a special pressure to run nitro that is different from CO2?

Sounds like the stout faucet is working correctly. When you run nitro, you use 3-5 times the pressure depending on your mix. This will blast ale out of a standard faucet, so you'll need to run straight CO2 there.
