Storing mixed BLC

I just got a carbonation cap that fits on 2 liter PET bottles. It's one of the ones that fits both gas and liquid ball lock QD's. Planning on using it to clean the beer lines in my kegerator. If I mix up a solution of BLC and have some leftover, will it store OK in the 2 liter PET bottle until next use? Just wondering if it losses its effectiveness over time.

I'm sure there's a specific PH level it needs to be at to remain effective like Star San. With that said, I typically recycle mine a few times over the course of 2 or 3 months without issue.
