Thoughts on this? I'm assuming it's fine. I'd like to force carb some beers in my kegerator then put them in my basement cold room. It's 50 during the winter and 60 during the summer. Any reason why I can't? Beer should age well and get yummy right?

You can do this, but you'd want to leave the keg hooked up until the CO2 has fully saturated the beer before storing.
