Does anyone have any suggestions on how to dry equipment after cleaning it? I am envisioning a flat tub with dowels sticking up as some form of drying mechanism to dry buckets, carboys and various other pieces of equipment. Any ideas? Thanks!

Just let them air dry. You still have to hit it with sanitizer anyway. I usually store my fermenters filled with a weak bleach/water solution. That way all I have to do is empty and rinse. And they are ready to fill with wonderful beer. All my small pieces I will let air dry then put them away into a sanitized plastic storage container until I need them. Then a quick shot of sanitizer before use. Hope this helps
Cheers
