Stone Unfiltered IPA 12.25.16 Yeast

I believe Stone uses WLP007 (Dry English Ale) for Enjoy By.
You could harvest it since this batch is unfiltered but I personally wouldn't...too high ABV and too many hops that could stress the yeast.
I assume you would be using the yeast for a big IPA, or some similar beer, so you want to make sure you have nice happy healthy yeast to get the job done.

I had thought about it myself before. I have only gotten growlers filled of it but if you have bottles and something is on bottom you might try. I don't feel like there is any secret to their yeast except that it's an English strain.
