Still going?

It has been one week exactly and I have had no visible or audible fermenting action.

I took an hydrometer reading this evening and I got 1.024... which means something happened, but a 4.3 ABV seems REALLY low... is it still going do you think? Thanks for the help... this weather has been playing hell with my last two brews. Last one tool 17 days to stop bubbling, and this one I didn't even see go.

so your OG was about 1.057? that's only ~60% attenuation...not good enough yet. you should let it sit another week and check again. if it hasn't moved after that, you may want to repitch.
