Hi, ive got a few kegs of beer and im disconnecting and reconnecting them to get the carconation right.
Do i need to run starsan through the gas lines? and on the posts before each reconnection?
cheers

No need to run sanitizer through your gas lines as long as they are clean and remain clean. If beer has backed up in them, yeah clean and sanitize, then let dry.

I usually use a small squeezed out, Starsan soaked washcloth to quickly wipe keg posts before connecting the QDs, especially when they look dirty. Sometimes I dip the QDs that are hanging off the gas hoses in Starsan for a minute. If the posts look dirty I pay more attention.

Now beer goes out, it will be difficult for anything to get inside through the beer post as long as there is pressure in the keg.

Thanks Islandlizard for the advice!
