Step mash with Brewzilla

Can I do a Step Mash with my Brewzilla when brewing a Weizenbock?

Sure, I would do a hochkurz mash, 145 for 30 minutes, 158 for 45 minutes. That mash profile has worked well for all of my German beers. Though I will say I’ve never had a good hefeweizen come out of my Brewzilla for whatever reason.
