i just started brewing the austin homebrew sam adams boston ale clone. the included recipe calls for .5 oz fuggle at 60, .5 oz fuggle at 15 and 1 oz saaz at 5 minutes. the kit came with an extra 1 oz of kent goldings. should i use them in this recipe (maybe .5 oz with each fuggle addition) or save them for another batch? open to hear ideas etc. thanks!
