Are you upset that you can only brew once a month?? If not then what's the big deal?? If you agreed to brew once a month then so be it...but I would be upfront about it tho...cause if you do get caught and had lied about...you know what will happen. Women do not like being lied to!

My GF (whom I live with) gives me a hard time every now and then but gets over it...actually she now wants me to start brewing wine!!! This may lighten things up!!

I say tell her you're going to brew, so it counts as your brewday. Then go ahead and brew them all- in ten gallon batches. You've got 24 hours, you oughtta be able to get that brewed in a marathon session and still honor your deal. Maybe that'll lead to a re-negotiation.
