STC-1000 question

I'm preparing to build a controller for a fermentation chamber in a refregirator and I'm about to buy this :

I saw many "models" so I just wanted to make sure this was correct. Needs to be 100v and that's about it. I'm unable to order from Amazon so I must order from Ebay. Is this model missing anything? It's 10$ free shipping and on amazon it's 20+. Since I'm not expert with these, I just wanted to know if I could buy this one from Ebay

Yeah normally do, but the other one was half price. But Realized it's an auction and not buy now. Ordering
