Yes, it's good - it's like beer you've let ferment for a week and a half. The yeast aren't at the height of activity, but they are fine.

It's not at its best or at its healthiest but there should be a fair amount of viable yeast in there. Your viability probably went down by a noticeable amount though. If yeast are exposed to oxygen while in storage their shelf life suffers.
