If I spray starsan on vertical surfaces where it won't pool as well will I still see bubbles if there is a leak? For instance I sprayed the co2 bottle to regulator connection but gravity causes most of the starsan to drip to the ground. Is there enough left to make bubbles (typically)?

I am new to kegging. I sprayed all regulator joints and all around the top surface of my keg. I found a leak on the gas in connection and got that corrected.

Thanks.

Star San seems to have some kind of surfactant that makes it a bit "clingy", so I would say enough should hang around long enough to pick up all but perhaps the tiniest leak...

Cheers!

It works for me... if in doubt or if you have a persistent leak but can't find it you could put a little dish soap with a little water in a spray bottle.
