Star San

I brewed two weeks ago and have been looking for my bucket of Star San I just found it outside with out a lid on it. It has been outside on my patio only covered by my enclosed patio. Would you dump it and start over or use it?

I would dump it. I only keep mixed starsan for two weeks or so anyway.

a bucket of pre mixed star san? I'd dump it for sure.

Does it look clean? Is the Ph still below 3.0? If so, use it.

But, if it gives you the willies to use it go ahead and dump it, it's not that expensive.

Your Starsan is still good when the pH is 3.2 or less. It is an acid solution, temperature has no effect on it.
Think of the acid in your car battery, cold does not change the composition.
