I recently brewed up my first batch of homebrew after a several year hiatus. Last night I bottles my beer, and this morning I realize I made a horrible mistake. I used starsan as a sanitizer for the first time, and mixed it waaaay too strong. Some how I misread the label, and instead of 1 oz for 5 gallons, I mixed it 1 oz to 1 gallon. I used this to sanitize my bottles, tubing, bucket and siphon. I did shake the bottles out, and the beer pushed most of the left over foam out during bottling. Should I be worried?

Nope. The solution will be extra acidic, and it will do the same thing. You mentioned that you cleared all the items of extra solution, so it's not like you'll be drinking a full volume of solution. I'm not sure if the additional acid will cause off flavors, but it's been mentioned on here multiple times that Starsan can become a form of yeast nutrient so you've got that going for ya.

When in doubt, refer to the MSDS and contact the manufacturer - that'll resolve most issues.
