I am using Star San to sanitize my equip. I am using .5oz with 2.5 gal of water then pouring some into my bottles (using my bottling bucket), shaking, then pouring them out. This is leaving lots of bubbles in the bottom of the bottles even after they sat overnight. Am i doing something wrong? Will this effect my beer? Do i need to rinse those bubbles out? do i have my mixture wrong of Star san?

Thanks in advance guys!

Foam is good!

Rather than filling/draining, some of us use one of these:

It costs about $16. It sprays your sanitizer into the bottles, then you can drain on a sanitized bottle tree or (like I do) the racks of a dishwasher which you've previously sprayed with sanitizer.

+1 on not fearing the foam.
