Apparently staples.com has broadened their catalog to include restaurant equipment. I am finally making the jump to all-grain so I was on the hunt for a good deal.

I just picked up a 40qt (10 gal) aluminum stock pot for $37, which is about par for other stores online. http://www.staples.com/Update-International-40-Qt-Aluminum-Stock-Pot/product_461372

However, they offer free shipping with orders over $40. Sooo pick up a pair of safety glasses or a stapler and you're good to go. There are also other coupons...the other day I saw $25 off $75 restaurant items.

Thought I'd pass along... Enjoy!

even better! not sure how that didn't come up in my search the other day.

i forgot about the ship to store option. the wait is about as long, but if you need a few other things, might as well skip the trip.

wow, the induction cookware isn't bad either
100qt induction stockpot $200
40qt induction stockpot $104
thats super tempting to do induction with and pair it with that cheaper 3800 watt 240v electric guy

Here's a 60 qt (15 gallon) aluminum pot for $55 (lid sold separately, of course):

For an extra $6, you can go with the Update Aluminum version (I have a 10 gallon Update Aluminum I've been happy with, and there's more info posted on thickness etc.)

Also, just discovered that the Staples website offers an "instant discount" on some of this stuff, ranging from 7% (for these two pots) to 21% (pot lids). So you may be able to get these a few bucks cheaper.
