I have a chance to pick up a few extra of these through work, see any real use for them except a super cool looking fermenter / aging vessel? Largest sizes are 2.5 and 5 gallon.

• Tri-clamp Opening, Air and Watertight Design
• Sanitary Construction, T-316L Stainless Steel
• 24 Ra Finish on Interior and Exterior (12 Ra Electropolished - optional)
• For Storage and Shipping of Liquid, Intermediary, and Solid Product
• Side and Bottom Wall Thickness, 18 gauge, .05” (1.2 mm)
• Bottle comes with Endcap, HD Clamp, and Platinum Cured Silicone Gasket Standard

they would be a ***** to clean, or more exactly see when they're clean.

the 1-2 gallon ones would make schweeet growlers for a party.

Ok I just got a quote from the company...whoa.

Guess it's back to carboys for this poor boy. (The 2.5 gallon one is over $800)
