I'm sure this has been beaten like a dead horse, but I'll ask anyhow.

A few months ago I brewed a clone of Bell's Two Hearted, well it all fermented nicely and added my dry hops. Well I went out of town for a few weeks and came back and found some bugs growing on the top of the fermented beer. My concern is will the stainless hold on to these bugs like plastic does or will I bee good to go if I clean with PBW and then star-san it?

Stainless won't hold on to any of that, just make sure you completely disassemble everything. Heating up enough boiling water, or better yet recirculating boiling water through the conical will ensure that it's clean and sanitary.
