Been drinkin' this all weekend.

Oatmeal Stout:
Brewed 8 Feb 12 : Bottled 28 Feb 12
3.75lb Coopers Stout HME
3.3lb Coopers Dark LME
.5lb Rolled oats steeped @ 145F for 20 mins
1oz Cluster Hops boiled in oat water for 7 mins
Strained into fermenter, added HME and LME dissolved, topped to 18L
Pitched Coopers Yeast @ 68F
OG = 1060 FG = 1024 ABV = 4.75%

Looks great! Made an oatmeal stout yesterday and I am going to have a hard time waiting for it.
 
I made an oatmeal stout targeting St. Pat's and slow braised my corned beef in it. The house smelled wonderful during the latter half of the eight hours. Beef was butter tender and tasty too. Enjoyed it with a glass of the same.
