Selling several items that I haven't used the last several batches I've brewed. The natural gas conversion kits are brand new, as I never got around to completing the gas hookup from the house before moving to a new place where nat gas wouldn't make sense. I'm anal-retentive when it comes to cleaning, so both the pump and plate chiller are very clean.

How old is the pump?

Somewhere between 3-4 years old. It's been kept in the box since the two batches in which I used it.
