SS Brewtech Glycol Chiller issue

This may just be an HVAC question, but only after a week of use the compressor has stopped working and only the fan runs, so bottom line the unit doesn't cool anymore.

After cycling power, the compressor will kick over for about 5 minutes then kick off, leaving only the fan on.

Is this an issue I can fix myself?

If its new and you've only used it a week, I would not work on it yourself but contact SS Brewtech about it.

I’m about to purchase this. Was this issue resolved?? If it worth the money? Do you know of anything comparable that may be cheaper?
