Help!
My FTSS control box has broken mid-fermentation. Long story short, the temperature sensor has gone wonky and is throwing temp reads 40+ degrees of actual temp (the thermometer that comes with the unit is reading the accurate temp of 66 degrees...)
The FTSS box is heating/cooling sporadically and I've contacted SS Brewtech. They've said it needs to be replaced so I am looking for someone who's possibly replaced the unit or at a minimum the temperature sensor... in a relatively quick amount of time!
Or if anyone local has one sitting idle that I could borrow (or for sale?) I am in the Central NY area (315 area code)...
Open to any and all suggestions!
