Does anyone know how how many qts. are below the racking arm on a 7gal SS Brewtech Conical Fermenter?
With the racking arm pointed up?
with the racking arm level across?
with the racking arm pointed down?

I’ve never actually measured I’d say well under a quart with it pointing to the side. I’m usually dumping somewhere around a quart of hot water in to break things up and I have a sight glass and 90 before the valve that adds some volume and I’ve never filled my 1/2 gallon pitcher.

It would be easy enough to fill it with water and run those tests yourself.
