Spunding Valve

I bought parts to build a blowtie spunding valve and wanted to use this pressure gauge:

the doutight fights I bought don’t fit it and I’m at a lose as to what / what’s size adapter I need to make this work. Please advise!

What are you trying to connect this gauge to - tubing, or some other fitting?

For 8mm (5/16") OD tubing (ala EVAbarrier 4 or 5mm ID line) you could use a DMfit 5/16 Push-in x 1/4" NPTF fitting.

I don't think you'll find a similar part from either JohnGuest or Duotight...

EDIT: This is for 8mm, not 9.5mm fittings didn't notice that in previous post

I'm guessing a gauge is already in hand.

Stick a short piece of 9.5mm OD tubing in that tee, then you can use a 3/8 tube to 1/4" npt female coupling, like this:

You may be able to find a similar fitting from JohnGuest, Duotight or DMfit if you look for those specs...

Just curious, I ferment 10 gallon batches in a 15 gal keg and then transfer to 2 corny kegs for serving. Has any one carbonated 2 kegs at the same time with 1 spunding valve?

Yes I do it all the time. I hand together two kegs via a tee fitting then out to the spunding valve. Test all the o-rings for leaks so you don't lose pressure in both kegs

Thank you, thinking through the process I couldn't rationalize why it wouldn't work.
