Spunding setup

I know you could probably buy dedicated spunding kits cheaper, but while I was ordering a bunch of other miscellaneous stainless parts, I put together what I think is all you'd really need to pressure ferment, carbonate, cold crash, and transfer in a keg (assuming it has a dedicated PRV). Haven't used it yet. Any thoughts?

I see what you are trying to do with the valve you made, looks like you thought about it.

After spunding becomes routine, you may find all you need on there is the gauge, and sometimes the adjustable relief valve if you are not going to be around to attend it and have to rack too early..

Great looking spunding valve! They do make a stainless disconnect, comes out at a 90 degree angle however.
