NOTES:

Took 2nd place at the Brew Grass Derby Youngstown, OH. (Held on May 2, 2009 - National Big Brew day.) Around 50 entries. 200 + attendees, who vote for their favorite. Even a lot of people who aren't really into IPA's liked this one, due to the balance and drinkability. Bitter up front, but a nice malty sweetness on the finish.

loving the hop variety. looks like a good brew to me. i may put this one on deck, but goodness gracious, 24 gallons is one heck of a lot of brew. i do 5-10 gallons and i think the 10 gallon batches are more than enough. glad it turned out for you. anything you would do differently if you made this again?

My conversion to 10 gallons. Needed a little more aroma hops for my liking but perhaps my hops were not fresh enough. Would probley try whole hops for the dry hopping next time otherwise pretty tasty.
